TLG Home Care Services was founded and owned by a group of Health Care Professionals that aims to enhance and give a unique state-of-the-art clinical significance to the Elderly, Disabled, and sick persons. They work in different fields of nursing career i.g., Private Duty Nurse, Homecare Nurses, General Nurse, and Intensive Care Unit Nurse, both local and abroad.
Our highest priority is to provide personal and respite care to your loved ones in a comfortable yet secure environment. And as part of our commitment, we focus on the safety and security of our patients; treating them and our staff as a family.
Our Licensed Medical Staff have gone through a series of interviews and examinations. They have the understanding, dedication, knowledge, and skills to provide their patients with quality care and with a personal touch.
And lastly, we will make sure that our resident families will achieve satisfactory service from TLG Life Care Nursing Home.

NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY COUNSELING
Many of our community members at TLG Home Care Services require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Nursing Home provides complimentary and customizable Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at TLG Home Care Services.
ASSISTED LIVING
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Assisted Living to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at TLG Home Care Services. It’s just one of the things that set our Nursing Home apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
MEDICATION MONITORING
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. TLG Life Care Nursing Home provides the support that retirees and their families require, including Medication Monitoring services, which we are more than happy to offer.
